These terms govern your use of Ancient Mega Pack Wiki (“the site”). By visiting the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is an unofficial, fan-made database for the Ancient Mega Pack mod for Baldur's Gate 3, operated on a non-commercial, volunteer basis. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Larian Studios — see the legal notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 where required by local law). By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any two-factor device secure, and for all activity under your account.
- Provide an email address you control — account recovery and verification depend on it.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate other users, moderators or mod authors.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Comments and other community contributions are governed by our Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms. In addition, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or use the site to facilitate unlawful activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or restricted areas of the site.
- Scrape, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
- Upload malware, or content you don't have the right to share.
- Misrepresent game data deliberately, or vandalise pages.
5. Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting content (comments, guides, edits, suggestions, uploads) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of operating and promoting the wiki — including allowing other users to build on it.
You confirm you have the right to grant that licence. Because this is a collaborative wiki, your contributions may be edited, moved or removed by other contributors and moderators.
6. Moderation, suspension and termination
We may remove or hide content, and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms or the Community Guidelines have been broken — or where necessary to protect the site and its users. Where practical we'll explain why.
You can stop using the site at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
7. Intellectual property
Baldur's Gate 3, its trademarks, artwork, item names and other assets remain the property of Larian Studios and their respective rights holders. AMP-specific content belongs to the mod author(s). Original site text, layout and design belong to the wiki and its contributors.
Rights holders who want material removed should follow the takedown process on the contact page.
8. Third-party services and links
The site links to third parties (Discord, mod.io and others) and may use third-party services for sign-in, email delivery, hosting and — where enabled — advertising. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. See the cookie policy for what this means in practice.
9. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. Game data is community-maintained and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong — particularly after a mod update. Always verify anything important in-game. We don't guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, save files or game progress, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where significant, announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
